Delivery

We will aim to send your order as soon as possible, delivery times are estimated on each item page. As a small business occasionally this can take longer. We will contact you should there be any further delay. If you require an order for a certain date please contact us at info@lauraironside.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have not received your order within the allocated time or you have any other questions.

International Delivery (outside UK)

Import duties may apply to your order depending on your order value and shipping country. Please note that for orders to Russia you must provide us with a registered business address for delivery otherwise your parcel will not be accepted by Russian Custom authorities. If your delivery is refused extra charges may apply.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using this information. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. We will not be liable for a lost or missing orders that have been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Returns

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a refund, within 14 days of receiving your item, this includes sample sale items. Just email us at info@lauraironside.co.uk.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure goods are insured. Unfortunately we cannot cover return costs. Refunds, minus any shipping costs, will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
